Shipping Policy

The product will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed and confirmed.

-PAN India free shipping.
-International shipping charges will be taken care by the customers along with the custom charges/import duty.

Return & Exchange Policy

All purchases made on our website are final sale. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
 
Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items Only:

We will only initiate an exchange if the received product is damaged or defective. No other issues like dissatisfaction or change of preference are eligible.
 

24-Hour Claim Window

You must report any issue within 24 hours of deliver.​​To file a claim, you must:

  • Highlight the defect/damage clearly,

  • Upload clear photos as proof along with your claim.
     

How to File a Claim

Steps to initiate the process:

  1. Contact us immediately via email or contact form.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number/Details.

    • Detailed issue description.

    • Attachment(s) of photographic evidence

    • Delivery confirmation (date/time)

  3. All this must reach us within 24 hours of receiving your item on by.silmafargose@gmail.com
     

Review and Approval

We’ll assess submitted claims within 2 business days.

  • If approved:

    • We’ll offer either a replacement product or store credit, at our discretion.

    • We’ll send instructions for returning the defective item.

  • If denied (e.g., the claim is late, lacks proof, or damage happened post-delivery), the request will be rejected.
     

Exchange Process
  • Replacements are dispatched once the damaged/defective item is received and inspected.
     

Customer Responsibilities
  • Claim within 24 hours with clear photos showing the issue.

  • Return items unused, with original packaging, following provided instructions.

  • Failure to comply (e.g., late claim, missing photo proof) will lead to rejection.
     

No Returns or Refunds Otherwise
  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.

  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Claims outside the 24-hour window are invalid.
